Linda will have guests Timothy Bax and John Ingersoll to discuss, Reducing the Stigmas, Labels, and Myths of Recovery. Timothy Bax is a counselor, recovery coach, and peer advocate with IHNO. He received his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University. Prior to IHNO, he worked for 12 years as an addiction and family counselor with Renaissance Addiction Services in West Seneca, NY, working with adolescents and families in recovery. Tim is also a Minister with Word of Life Ministries in Niagara Falls, NY under the leadership of Bishop Jesse J. Scott, Sr. John Ingersoll is the Director of Operations and Training for In His Name Outreach and draws from his vast experiences as a former NY State Paramedic, retired US Navy Veteran of 33 years, former US Navy Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, and is currently certified as a NY State Recovery Coach / Recovery Peer Advocate / Recovery Coach Trainer. He is married to his beautiful bride (Stephanie) and they have three (3) wonderful children. John’s passion is facilitating and helping others realize their God-given potential and purpose.
